Kids Designer Closet allows returns within 14 days for a refund or credit, but not for sale items, underwear, swimwear, earrings, headbands, and certain toys. Items must be in original condition; a surcharge applies for toy returns. Faulty items should be reported within 14 days. Furniture and mattresses have specific return conditions, and exchanges require a new order. Returns can be self-arranged or requested via email, with a possible collection surcharge.
